Homework Exercise Routines

 

 

The Kneeling Routine

  • Cat / Flatback Rock / Hip Sway x 3
  • Thread the Needle x 3 pairs
  • Achilles Stretch (tuck toes, float knees off 1cm, bottom to heels) into Downward Facing Dog x 3
  • Playtex Plank x 3
  • Kneeling Glute Stretch - Left leg forwards - Hip sway x 3
  • Plank - tip toes / heels back x 3
  • Kneeling Glute Stretch - Right leg forwards - Hip sway x 3
  • Kneeling - wide knees, toes together: Wrist stretches
  • Quads Stretch x 3
  • Kneeling - knees together, curl up position arms: Extend and flex the spine x 3
  • Rest Position - Side Stretch
  • Dumb Waiter
  • Lunges x 3 pairs
  • Mermaid - side stretch / Thread the Needle x 3
  • Sitting with folded legs - Hip opener - pull a straight back forwards x 3
