- Cat / Flatback Rock / Hip Sway x 3
- Thread the Needle x 3 pairs
- Achilles Stretch (tuck toes, float knees off 1cm, bottom to heels) into Downward Facing Dog x 3
- Playtex Plank x 3
- Kneeling Glute Stretch - Left leg forwards - Hip sway x 3
- Plank - tip toes / heels back x 3
- Kneeling Glute Stretch - Right leg forwards - Hip sway x 3
- Kneeling - wide knees, toes together: Wrist stretches
- Quads Stretch x 3
- Kneeling - knees together, curl up position arms: Extend and flex the spine x 3
- Rest Position - Side Stretch
- Dumb Waiter
- Lunges x 3 pairs
- Mermaid - side stretch / Thread the Needle x 3
- Sitting with folded legs - Hip opener - pull a straight back forwards x 3
